Tabbouleh salad is a Levantine salad. It is made of parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion and bulgur. This salad is healthy and nutritious, as it is low in fat, and high in fiber and vitamins. Also, it hasn't got cholesterol. Tabouli is best served chilled, as a side dish.
