Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays;
Content regarding programs that compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails;
Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

Content that includes or has links to the above points will be marked as inappropriate and will be removed from our website. Posting such content may result in the blocking of your account without the ability to restore it.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, we will notify you. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine at our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.The Services make it possible to embed some content on the users, or other, external websites, this use is accepted.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claims or trademarks on those usernames.
We reserve the right to remove content from any account if the account has not been used for more than 12 months.
We reserve the right to remove anonymous puzzles, which have not been used for more than 6 months.

Content Licence

By submitting any content to us ("Submission"), you hereby grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute and promote such content in any form, on all websites of the Services, anywhere in the world for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Services.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com is under no obligation to use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time at Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com's sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, or input the Submission.

Copyright Policy

Subscription

We offer a Premium subscription. Premium subscription provides the following benefits:

Unlocks all Premium Puzzle Packages on the Website (these packages of puzzles are labeled “Premium”);
Provides new Premium Puzzle Packages regularly free of charge;
Removes ads.

You may choose such subscription plans:

Monthly Premium;
Yearly Premium.

The Subscription prices are stipulated on the Website.

Pricing may vary depending on the countries and/or regions and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Payment will be charged by credit or debit card (Visa, Discover Card, Mastercard, American Express). We use the payment processing platform Stripe (https://stripe.com/) for all payments. Card number and expiry date are stored on Stripe’s encrypted servers which ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. We do not store your card number and expiry date on our servers.

We store on our servers your Billing Name, Billing Address, Billing Email, and Billing Phone for the accounting report.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (month or year correspondingly).

Payment for renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off the auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

In case you turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will end and benefits will be removed, when the current active period expires. The current active subscription period can not be canceled. After your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to use Premium Puzzle Packages, ads will re-appear.

Users acknowledge and accept that they are not entitled to a refund for the paid period.

One-time payments

We offer the following products for one-time payments:

Premium Puzzle Packages (these packages of puzzles are labeled “Premium”);
Remove Ads.

The price for each Premium Puzzle Package and the price for the “Remove Ads” product are stipulated on the website.

Pricing may vary depending on the countries and/or regions and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

We store on our servers your Billing Name, Billing Address, Billing Email, and Billing Phone for the accounting report.

Payment for each product is charged immediately after you have entered your payment details and confirmed the payment. If the payment is successful, you will immediately be able to access the paid Premium Puzzle Package or for the "Remove Ads" product, the ads will be removed immediately.

You cannot cancel payment for products. You acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund for any product you have paid for.

Interruption of the Services

Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com reserves the right to interrupt the operation of all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, in particular, to carry out corrective or ongoing maintenance or to develop the content or presentation. Wherever possible, Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com will inform you prior to a corrective or ongoing maintenance operation.

In addition, you recognize that the Services may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com and that Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com cannot guarantee continued access to the Services.

In all cases, Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com may not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any interruption and/or malfunction of the Services, for whatever reason.

In case of termination of the Services, the money for already paid products will not be returned, the money for already paid subscription periods will not be returned, further withdrawal of money for subscription will be stopped automatically.

Users are requested to inform Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com of any technical issue they encounter when browsing and/or using the Services by sending an email to the following email address and describing the issue encountered: support@jigsawpuzzlecraft.com.

Guarantees

You use the Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the use of the Services and the compliance of the Services with your needs, as well as for the compliance of the security of our IT system with your requirements.

You understand and agree that the Services are provided “as is” and Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com cannot guarantee the consequences of the use of the Services. In particular, Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com does not guarantee:

That the Services correspond to the requirements of Users;
That the Services will operate without interruption, securely or without malfunction;
The quality of any Service, including that the results obtained via the Services will meet User expectations;
That the results of the data collected by the features are complete, exhaustive, true, accurate, or reliable.

Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com may not be held liable for any damage suffered by Users in relation to the abnormal use of the Services, particularly in case of breach of these Terms and/or the provision of false or incorrect information by Users.

Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, losses, or costs resulting from the use of the Services, the inability to use the Services, a malfunction, maintenance interruption, the technical failure of the server, interrupted Internet access, a virus, a line or system issue or for any other reason.

Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com may not be held liable for any damage to your IT system, for loss of data, or any other damage resulting from access to or the use of the Services.

No information or advice given by Jigsawpuzzlecraft.com to Users in relation to the use of the Services shall be regarded as the provision of a guarantee.
